Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Lots for Tots Childcare. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children, fostering their growth, and development, and building strong relationships with families.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supporting Children's Development: Provide personalized support to each child, acknowledging their individual needs and interests, and helping them to reach their full potential.
  • Developing Curriculum Plans: Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver engaging curriculum plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.
  • Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress and involving them in decision-making processes whenever possible.
  • Health and Safety: Uphold the highest standards of health and safety, ensuring that our nursery provides a secure and hygienic environment for all children.
