About the Opportunity:

Careers CV-Library is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Child Development Coordinator to join our team at a Children's Home in Derby.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the physical and emotional well-being of children in your care.
  • Accompany young people to and from activities, school, and other engagements as needed, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment that meets the needs of all residents.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders, adhering to our organization's policies and procedures.
  • Participate in regular supervision, personal development plans, and mandatory training sessions to enhance professional growth and expertise.
  • Accurately record attendance, incidents, milestones, and other relevant information, ensuring up-to-date reports and documentation in accordance with company policies.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a salary of approximately £34,812 (negotiable based on experience).
