About the Role:
Polaris Community is a leading provider of innovative services, offering real value and building brighter futures for children, young people, and families. We are seeking an experienced Family Preservation Specialist to join our team in Nottinghamshire.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to referrals and oversee service plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
* Implement interventions to support families and prevent children from entering care.
* Collaborate with local authorities and agencies to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
* Qualified Social Worker with experience working with complex needs, child protection issues, and relevant legislation.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
* 30 days' annual leave.
