Job Description:

As a Training Delivery Expert, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality training programmes and assessing learner performance. You will work closely with learners and line managers to induct, observe, and progress learners in the workplace. Your strong coaching and mentoring skills will enable you to provide constructive feedback and support learners to achieve their qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have experience of the Ofsted inspection framework and a sector-specific qualification in healthcare with clinical experience. A competitive salary of £42,000 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme and annual leave entitlement, make this an attractive opportunity for any experienced Trainer or Assessor.

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality training programmes and assess learner performance.
  • Work closely with learners and line managers to induct, observe, and progress learners in the workplace.
  • Provide constructive, professional, and relevant feedback to learners in relation to their qualification.
  • Ensure own assessments are accurate and achieve verification.
  • Maintain positive relations with learners, line managers, and all other stakeholders.


Requirements:
  • Proven coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Experience of the Ofsted inspection framework.
  • Sector Specific qualification – minimum L3 NVQ/Diploma in Healthcare with clinical experience.
  • Good written skills that capture detailed feedback and target setting of objectives.
