We are seeking an Employment Specialist to work within our Individual Placement and Support (IPS) team in Enfield. The IPS team helps individuals find meaningful employment that suits their skills, abilities, and experience.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide support and guidance to individuals with substance misuse issues or similar groups
- To help individuals develop the skills and confidence needed to secure and maintain employment
The successful candidate will have empathy with those who face challenges related to substance misuse and a strong understanding of the importance of finding suitable employment opportunities. We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including generous annual leave entitlement, flexible working arrangements, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
