">Salary">The estimated salary for this role is between £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
">Job Description">We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) in South East Essex.
The successful candidate will work with children and young people aged 5-18 years old, providing evidence-based interventions and supporting their mental health and wellbeing.
You will be working alongside partner agencies to develop training materials and support the delivery of whole school approach models for mental health.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">- ">
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Psychology, Social Work, Nursing)">
- Postgraduate diploma or degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)">
- Experience working therapeutically with children and families with mental health needs">
- Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for low mood, self-harm, anxiety, and common behaviour difficulties in young children in education settings">
