Job Title: Essex Mental Health Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of an Essex mental health care coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to provide compassionate and professional support to service users in a challenging but rewarding environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to service users within the in-patient setting. They will work closely with a collaborative team to deliver comprehensive care and support, conducting regular reviews and assessments to inform care plans. Additionally, they will develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, carers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assessment and care planning for service users in the in-patient setting.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to inform care plans.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, carers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

A degree in Social Work or a related field.Experience working in mental health services, preferably in an in-patient setting.Strong assessment and care planning skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £26 per hour, plus free parking on-site and a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. This is a full-time contract with opportunities for career progression.
