Mental Health Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to patients with complex mental health needs.
The successful candidate will work within a multi-disciplinary team, delivering evidence-based inpatient nursing care and collaborating with service users and their families to ensure personalized care plans.
As an integral member of the nursing team, you will contribute to creating a therapeutic and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Your expertise will be essential in assessing and managing risks, developing and reviewing care plans, and ensuring that clinical practice is aligned with NICE guidelines and Trust policies.
To be considered for this role, you must hold current registration as an RMN with the NMC and possess a working knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 and Care Programme Approach. A willingness to adopt a flexible approach to hours of duty and represent the clinical team's perspective at multidisciplinary meetings is also essential.
