About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our perinatal mental health team as a Band 7 clinical lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Southeast Essex (Rochford) hub, taking management and clinical responsibility for the community multidisciplinary team and working on clinical leadership duties within that hub.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team, contributing to the development of our service and making a positive impact on the lives of pregnant women and new mothers. You will be part of a larger organization, the Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust, which values its staff and provides opportunities for career development and growth.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £90,000-£100,000 per annum, depending on experience. To be considered for this role, you must have a degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, psychiatry, or nursing, and significant experience in a leadership position. You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
