About the Role: Pupil Wellbeing Support Professional

Austin Fraser is currently recruiting for a Pupil Wellbeing Support Professional to join a Secondary Alternative Provision school in Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a specialist school setting, where you will have the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of young people who require additional support.

As a Pupil Wellbeing Support Professional, you will work closely with the Pupil Support Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve behaviour in a setting that provides full-time education for up to 125 pupils with SEMH needs. You will need to have knowledge and understanding of working with challenging behaviour, hold Level 2 Numeracy and Level 2 Literacy or GCSE equivalent, and be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
