Job Title: Behaviour and Pupil Support Specialist

The school is seeking a Behaviour and Pupil Support Specialist to join their team. As part of this role, you will work closely with the Pupil Support Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve behaviour in a setting that provides full-time education for up to 125 pupils with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The successful applicant will have knowledge and understanding of working with challenging behaviour, hold Level 2 Numeracy and Level 2 Literacy or GCSE equivalent, and be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure. It is also desirable to hold a relevant Level 3 qualification and have experience of following safeguarding procedures in an educational setting. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential.
