Education and Behaviour Support Specialist

Prospero Teaching is seeking an Education and Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant for SEMH students, you will play a vital role in supporting children in a SEMH school near Preston. This is a full-time, temporary position that requires a strong commitment to delivering person-centred support to pupils who present high levels of challenging behaviours associated with SEMH issues.
Responsibilities- Delivering person-centred support to pupils with SEMH issues
- Working on a 1-1 basis with students
The ideal candidate will be able to use their skills and experience to deliver effective support to students, and will be confident working on a 1-1 basis. To be eligible for this role, you must hold a valid Right to Work in the UK, an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application, and provide two professional references.
