Job Overview:
Aspire Behaviour Management Ltd is seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to provide behaviour management support to schools and families across the North. This is a part-time or freelance role that offers flexibility and variety, with the opportunity to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behaviour management support to schools and families
- Conduct assessments and create intervention strategies
- Collaborate with schools and families to promote positive mental health and wellbeing
- Develop and implement behaviour management plans
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in Educational Psychology or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess and create intervention strategies
- Understanding of behaviour management techniques
- Experience in working with children with challenging behaviour
