Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing behaviour, preparing resources, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. A strong background in SEN support and a desire to continuously develop skills through training and development opportunities are essential.
Salary and Benefits:
The daily rate of pay is £85, with the potential for increased earnings based on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer free, accredited CPD courses and access to our in-house Training and Development Team.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a current Enhanced DBS clearance, right to work in the UK, and two professional child-related references. While not mandatory, Team Teach qualification and Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification are highly desirable.
