We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to support students in primary education at a school in Preston. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates looking to start a career in education, offering immediate starts and flexible working hours.
About the Role:- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and providing additional support to pupils.
- Work 1:1 or with small groups of students to help them access the curriculum and achieve learning goals.
- Contribute to classroom management, lesson preparation, and administrative tasks.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging children's social and emotional development.
- Provide extra help to students who may need additional support, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:- A recent graduate with a passion for education.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build relationships with pupils.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic school environment.
- An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- A competitive daily salary: £76.92 - £83.33.
