We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants (Unqualified) in Preston. This full-time and part-time role involves supporting teaching staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering lessons and activities under the guidance of a classroom teacher

• Preparing lesson materials and resources

• Providing one-to-one or small group support to students who need extra assistance

• Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a safe learning environment

• Supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities

• Undertaking other duties as required by the classroom teacher or school leadership team

Requirements:

• A minimum of a GCSE grade 5 or above in English and Mathematics is required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a willingness to learn

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help and support students

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

• A willingness to undergo training and professional development as required

The estimated salary for this role is around £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
