The Customer Hub is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Cox Automotive customers across our portfolio of products and services. This includes ensuring full delivery of contractual obligations, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and managing day-to-day processes and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out a range of administrative tasks to support customer and business objectives, ensuring the retention of customer relationships.
- Act as an escalation point for issues raised or observed and support with resolution.
- Produce vehicle updates and reports for centralized accounts.
- Coordinate and monitor movements of vehicles.
- Compile and distribute internal and external reports.
- Receive, process, and monitor collection requests from vendors, ensuring vehicles are collected within designated timeframes.
- Maintain and update all systems for centralized accounts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers and colleagues to identify and improve service delivery.
- Attend review meetings and conference calls as required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to speak confidently to customers at all levels.
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with various internal and external customers.
- Strong Excel skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and service.
- Demonstrates good business acumen.
- Self-driven and self-motivated.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work at all levels.
- Able to identify sales opportunities.
- Able to manage and prioritize workload.
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to change quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
