Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated Children's Residential Care Professional to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. As a key member of our residential support team, you will provide high-quality care and support to young people aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

About the Position:
- The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent experience in residential childcare.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building positive relationships with young people and colleagues.
- A full UK driving licence is also required for this role.
