Children's Home Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Professional to join our team as a Residential Children's Home Manager. The successful candidate will lead and manage a caring team, providing high-quality care services to children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of care professionals to provide quality care services
- Strategic planning and development of care practices within the home
- Supervision and mentoring of staff, including facilitation of care-focused training and access to appropriate services
- Acting as a positive role model to colleagues and service users, developing trusting relationships that promote recovery, growth, and lasting change
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a residential children's home environment, NVQ Level 3 in caring for children and young people, and related knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
