We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Registered Manager to lead and manage a brand-new 2-bed EBD home in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring it meets and maintains high standards in line with Ofsted regulations.

  1. Lead and manage the staff team, providing support, guidance, and supervision.
  2. Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and support for children in the home.
  3. Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child.
  4. Build strong relationships with children, families, and external stakeholders.
  5. Ensure the home remains compliant with all legislative and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  1. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  2. At least 2 years' experience managing a children's residential home.
  3. Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children's home legislation.
  4. Demonstrable experience in working with children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
  5. Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a difference in children's lives.
  6. Full UK driving license.
