About The Role



We are looking for a determined and resilient Support Worker to join our team at Compass Children's Homes. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our children and young people, helping them to build self-esteem and develop the skills they need to succeed in life.



Key Responsibilities


  • Assist with the care of our children and young people, using your experience and skills to provide a safe and supportive environment.
  • Create positive relationships with the children, meeting their needs and always safeguarding them.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to support the children's physical, emotional, and educational needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a consistent and supportive approach to care and support.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
