About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Social Worker to join our team at Entrust Social Care Ltd. As a key member of the Children’s Leaving Care Team in Wolverhampton Council, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality social work services to vulnerable children and families.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in conducting affirmative assessments, child protection work, and effective care management. They will also be skilled in court representation and liaising with various professionals.

  • Conduct home visits and manage caseloads efficiently
  • Liaise with other agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive support
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for children

This full-time role offers a competitive salary (estimated £43,500 per annum) and a range of benefits, including a Kindle Fire, Amazon voucher, and free online training access.

Candidates should hold a DipSW or equivalent, be registered with the HCPC, and possess a valid car driving license. A current DBS is also essential.
