Role Summary:

We are recruiting for a qualified social care practitioner to join our team in Wolverhampton, working closely with children and families to provide expert support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assessing the needs of children and developing tailored care plans
  • Liaising with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Managing complex casework and prioritizing tasks effectively

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • DipSW or equivalent qualification
  • HCPC registration
  • Current DBS clearance
  • A valid car driver's license

Working Arrangements:

We offer a 37-hour working week, flexible by negotiation, and a 3-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
