Job Description:

About the Team:

You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of therapy goals into the classroom. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality services that meet the unique needs of our students.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to each student's unique requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective support for students.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and experience working with children and young people with ASC, learning disabilities, and EHCP Process.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development, a supportive work environment, and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
