Salary:

£40,000 to £50,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications

Job Description

Aurora Cedars School in Wolverhampton offers a bespoke education provision for up to 100 pupils aged 5-18 who have Autistic Spectrum Condition/Social Emotional Mental Health (ASC/SEMH) needs, some of whom require support with their speech and language and communication needs. We are looking for an enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist to work as part of a therapy team at Aurora Cedars.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting teams to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our children and young people with a range of Special Educational Needs
  • Holding a small speech and language therapy caseload for the school
  • Contributing to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You will be a registered member of RCSLT and HCPC
  • Hold a professional Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent
