Therapeutic Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Therapeutic Support Specialist.
The successful candidate will be based across two of our specialist sites in Wolverhampton and Walsall, providing clinical support to young people with complex needs.
This is a permanent role, working 52 weeks of the year (term time only considered).
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with SEND, and be able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to create therapeutic living and learning environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical assessments and formulating individualised interventions for young people
- Collaborating with teams to ensure therapeutic support is integrated into all aspects of education, care, and support
- Offering consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to educational and residential teams
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
We cover both locum and permanent Occupational Therapist roles nationwide with public and private sector companies.
