This temporary contract position as a Qualified Social Worker is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in Child Protection work while working in a supportive team environment. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.
Responsibilities:
• Assess children's needs and develop effective care plans
• Conduct home visits and liaise with other professionals
• Manage a caseload of complex child protection cases
• Attend court hearings and provide expert testimony
Requirements:
• 2+ years of UK Social Worker experience in a Children's Social Work team
• DipSW or equivalent qualification
• Registered with the HCPC
• Current DBS
• Car driver
