Care Team Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Team Lead at an EBD Childrens home in Wolverhampton.

This role provides a competitive salary of up to £37,000 per annum and allows you to play a key part in making a positive difference in the lives of children.

About the Role:

  • To lead and manage a team of carers, providing guidance and support in delivering high-quality care and services to residents
  • To develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • To work closely with the Home Manager and other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Nursing)
  • Experience working with vulnerable children and young people
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Salary Details:

The estimated salary for this role is between £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our client also offers a range of benefits including ongoing training and development opportunities and a supportive team environment.
