Care Team Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to lead our new supported living and residential service in Wolverhampton. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a real difference in the lives of young adults with mental health issues, physical disabilities, and complex needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring high-quality care and support are provided to our residents. As a seasoned professional, you will have a strong understanding of the needs of this population and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to meet those needs.
In this role, you will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care services. Your expertise will help us to create a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.
