Leading Care Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to lead our care team at Maplebrook Care Home. As a Leading Care Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and promoting the dignity and well-being of every resident.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Organizing and Guiding Your Team: Lead and guide your care team each shift, ensuring everyone is equipped to provide outstanding care.
- Crafting Personalized Care Plans: Work closely with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to design and implement care plans that address mental health needs, ensuring a person-centered approach.
- Monitoring and Documenting Care: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care, using electronic systems and maintaining confidentiality.
We offer a competitive salary of £21.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package, including pension, 5.6 weeks annual leave, uniform provided, paid DBS & NMC Registration, and free parking.
