Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of care professionals to provide therapeutic care and support
  • Providing quality care services to children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties
  • Strategic planning and development of care practices within the home
  • Supervision and mentoring of staff, including facilitation of care-focused training and access to appropriate services

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a residential children's home environment, NVQ Level 3 in caring for children and young people, and related knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.

We offer a competitive salary of £37,000, enhanced company maternity and paternity pay, free meals, a great employee benefits programme, NEST Pension Scheme, life assurance, enhanced DBS check paid for, and 28 days annual leave minimum including Bank holiday entitlement.
