Care Team Leader Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at the CareTech Group. As a key member of our healthcare provider, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care to adults nationwide.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers, ensuring that individuals receive high-quality care and support in their daily lives. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and empathetic professional to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Support Workers, providing guidance and supervision as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans, working closely with service users and their families.
  • Ensure that all aspects of care meet the highest standards, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, demonstrating a commitment to transparency and accountability.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months' Right to Work in the UK.
  • Experience in a caring environment, including the use of hoists.
  • Good communication skills, enabling you to engage and interact with service users effectively.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • A passion for making a positive difference in people's lives.
