The Role

This exciting opportunity is for a Lead Specialist Physiotherapist to lead and manage our Therapy Led Living Well service. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of care to patients and carers, maintaining a visible presence as a role model, and promoting timely, responsive care to patients living well with their palliative diagnosis.

Main Duties

  • Lead and manage the Living Well service, ensuring seamless coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain a highly visible presence as a role model, fostering a culture of excellence and respect.
  • Promote timely, responsive care to patients, empowering them to take control of their health and wellbeing.
  • Ensure patient care is planned in line with national and local guidelines, enabling patients with life-limiting conditions to receive individualized care.
