We are seeking an experienced Care Professional to join our team at Compton Care. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our service users.

About the Role

The Care Professional will be responsible for providing person-centred care to our service users, which may include assisting with daily living tasks, administering medication, and promoting independence.

What You'll Need

  • Qualified to a minimum of level 6 in a relevant healthcare discipline (e.g., nursing, occupational therapy)
  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably with individuals with complex care needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
