We are looking for a highly motivated Care Team Leader to join our team at Highcroft Hall Residential Care Home. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.

About the Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants in delivering exceptional care to our residents. This includes:

Responsibilities
  1. Leading the Care Team: Oversee the day-to-day delivery of care to our residents, ensuring that their individual needs are met.
  2. Mentoring and Coaching: Develop the skills and knowledge of our Care Assistants, empowering them to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
  3. Planning and Delivering Activities: Collaborate with the team to plan and deliver leisure and social activities that enhance the well-being and happiness of our residents.
  4. Communication and Partnership Working: Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues to ensure that their needs are met and they feel valued and respected.
  5. Leading by Example: Promote a culture of kindness, compassion, and respect within the team, setting a positive example for others to follow.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a salary of £29,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to this, we provide a range of benefits, including a contributory pension plan, life assurance, and parental leave schemes.
