Experienced Care Home Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in the Wolverhampton area.
About the Role: As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality person-centred care for our residents. You will have prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes and possess strong staff management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
* Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our residents
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
* QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
* Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy of older people or dementia care homes
* Strong staff management skills
* Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
