We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team, providing high-quality personal care and support to our service user with complex clinical needs.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional care, building positive relationships with service users and their families, and empowering them to live independently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with personal care, repositioning, and clinical observations
  • Administering medication as required
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or changes to the care team

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 3 months' previous experience in care work
  • Knowledge of medication administration, personal care, moving and handling, spinal injury management, tracheostomy care, and drivers license with access to a vehicle
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals

Salary: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour (dependent on experience), approximating to £182 - £208 per 13-hour shift. Part-time positions available, with shifts ranging from 7am - 7pm, 9am - 10pm, and 9pm - 9am.
