About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Palliative Care Assistant to join our team at Compton Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centered care to patients living with complex and incurable conditions.
- Work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Support patients and their families, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Participate in delivering healthcare services, including patient assessments, care planning, and implementation.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare, preferably in a palliative care setting.
- NVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using IT systems, including Word and Excel.
