Job Summary:

The role of Adult's Care Lead involves overseeing the care planning process, supervising a team, and leading the home through Ofsted Inspections.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implementing Ofsted recommendations
  • Attending supervision sessions
  • Ensuring the safety of young people and staff

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, 2 years of experience in a children's residential setting, a full, clean UK driving licence, and an enhanced DBS certificate.

Salary Details:
