Adult Social Care is seeking a compassionate Family Group Decision Maker and Mediation Facilitator to join their team in Wolverhampton. This role presents an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families.

About the Role
  • Work closely with children, young people, and families to promote their potential, prevent harm, and provide tailored support.
  • Hold a caseload of complex cases, utilizing a flexible approach to deliver effective solutions.
  • Contribute to multi-agency assessments of children and families in need.
  • Facilitate family meetings to bring together loved ones and support networks.
Requirements
  1. NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in social care or a related field.
  2. English and Maths qualifications at level 2 of the National Qualification Framework.
  3. Demonstrable experience working directly with children, young people, and families in health or social care settings for at least two years.

We offer a competitive Grade 5 salary of £14.41 per hour for a 37-hour week. This role provides a chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and families.
