Deputy Manager Position for Children's Home

As part of our commitment to providing exceptional care and support, we are seeking an experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team in Wolverhampton.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals in providing high-quality care services to children and young people with complex needs.
  • You will work closely with colleagues, families, and external partners to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
  • You will also be involved in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they meet the unique needs of each child.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior role within a residential children's home environment
  • NVQ Level 3 in children's residential workforce or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
  • Full driving licence

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary range: £33,000 - £37,000 per annum
