Payroll Team Lead

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Payroll Team Lead to oversee the coordination of the Payroll team and manage all aspects of payroll, including effective payment processes and IR35 coordination.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of computerised payroll systems, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing teams effectively.
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £40,000 - £45,000 based on 37 hours per week.
About the Role:
- Lead the Payroll team to deliver all aspects of payroll, effective payment processes, and coordinate the IR35 process
- Manage internal and external relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen internal processes
- Supervise and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements:
- Extensive experience of operating computerised payroll systems
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Proven track record of managing teams effectively
- Public Sector experience
