About You:
">We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual who can inspire and motivate our team to deliver outstanding care and support. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and experience working with vulnerable young adults or children are essential requirements.
">The successful candidate will have a full UK driving licence and be willing to work flexible hours, including sleep-ins. A bonus scheme is available for up to 4 sleep-ins per month, paid at £80 per sleep-in. Additionally, an attendance allowance of up to £1,400 per year is offered.
">A competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and a comprehensive benefits package make this an attractive opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual.
