Child Care Services Manager

At Safehands Recruitment, we are seeking a skilled Deputy Home Manager to lead our residential care team in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
The Role:
- You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services and strategic planning for developments within the home.
- Leading your team, you will provide therapeutic care and support needed for each individual child, focusing on obtaining the best outcomes.
- You will act as a positive role model to colleagues and children, developing trusting relationships that create recovery, growth, and lasting change.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a residential children's home environment
- NVQ Level 3 in caring for children and young people / children's residential workforce.
- Related knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
- Full driving licence is essential.
Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 per annum
