We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Manager to lead a 10-bed children's home in Wolverhampton, supporting children with high-complexity learning disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing environment and driving change to deliver outstanding care and positive outcomes.

About the Role

The Lead Children's Home Professional will play a pivotal role in implementing high standards of care, fostering a culture of compassion, safety, and empowerment. This involves developing and implementing action plans to meet Ofsted regulations, ensuring the home provides a positive, compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Drive change and lead a dedicated team to implement high standards of care.
  • Compliance & Improvement: Develop and implement action plans to meet Ofsted regulations.
  • Child-Centered Approach: Promote a tailored approach to support each child's individual needs.
  • Staff Development: Mentor, support, and supervise staff to enhance skills.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with families, social services, and other stakeholders.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, in line with industry standards in the UK.
