About the Role
Brook Street Social Care is seeking an experienced Senior Home Care Coordinator to lead our team of professionals providing exceptional home care services to individuals with medium to long-term complex care needs. As a key member of the operations team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing care plans, managing staff performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of complex care needs, a valid driving license, and a minimum Level 3 qualification in Healthcare. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary of £32,500 per annum, based on experience, plus a range of benefits including paid training and development opportunities.
