Care Workers for Children's Homes

Nurture Care Group Ltd is a specialist therapeutic children's care provider dedicated to creating nurturing homes for children who have been impacted by trauma. Our team is committed to providing holistic, family-oriented, therapeutic care, led by experienced professionals who strive to make a real difference in the lives of our children.
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Care Support Professional to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for contributing to children's therapeutic care plans, risk assessments, and reviews. You will also help provide a safe, caring, and functioning family environment, including daily routines, meal preparation, and home cleanliness.
The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in caring for children and young people. Previous experience working with children in a residential setting is ideal, but not mandatory. The ability to work towards a relevant qualification, such as the Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Children's Residential Care, is also expected. Additionally, a manual or automatic driving licence is required, as well as an enhanced DBS Disclosure check.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to children's therapeutic care plans, risk assessments, and reviews.

- Work as part of a team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children.
- Participate in further professional development relevant to the role.
- Be confident in using computer systems.
Requirements
- Genuine interest in caring for children and young people.
- Ability to work towards a relevant qualification, such as the Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Children's Residential Care.
