As a member of our Children's Care Home Team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational well-being is met.
This role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of young people. With a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus sleep-in allowance, we offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including free DBS checks, engagement days, and team building activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans
- Participating in various leisure activities and promoting social behavior
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- Diploma in children and young people residential childcare or equivalent (desirable)
- Minimum 1 year's experience working in a residential childcare setting (essential)
- Ability to work on a rota pattern, including sleeping in and overtime when required
- Current full driving licence required
