About the Role: As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a safe and supportive environment for children, promoting their independence and well-being. Your key responsibilities include leading a team to deliver exceptional care, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in a field such as social work or healthcare.
  • Extensive experience of managing a children's home or similar setting.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and policies related to children's care.
  • The ability to develop and implement effective strategies to improve outcomes for children.
