Job Title: Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities

About the Role:

We are recruiting for an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Wolverhampton area. This service provides care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live independently.

The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities, and hold a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent. Strong staff management skills and excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet individual service user needs
  • Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels
